Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSSEQ Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in developing and implementing value-added systems and processes that ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve existing HSSEQ systems and processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  • Manage Emergency Management requirements, including training and compliance monitoring.
  • Coordinate and control Business Continuity and Crisis Management Planning.
  • Ensure accessibility of key HSSEQ systems and develop relationships with account leadership.
Requirements
  • Tertiary-level qualifications in Work Health and Safety or Environment are essential.
  • Proven experience leading audit and compliance programs is required.
  • A strong understanding of Integrated Management Systems is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a positive work-life balance.
