We are seeking two highly motivated Retail Team Leaders who share our values and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, upholding our quality brand, and achieving store objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the store team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Provide input on staff scheduling and assist in recruitment activities
- Ensure Visual Merchandising plans and Mystery Shopper standards are upheld
- Oversee customer returns and inventory management
- Train the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and visual merchandising
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience as a store manager or assistant store manager
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
- Collaborative leadership style with a growth mindset
- Persuasive communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop
