Senior Director, Engagement Management

The Senior Director, Engagement Management, is a key member of the delivery leadership team, responsible for leading an organization of Engagement Managers who focus on deploying the portfolio of Workday applications. This individual is accountable for the success of customers within their project portfolio and collaborates with other teams in Services, Sales, and Partner organization to secure the best experience for our customers.
Key Objectives- Team development and growth

- Portfolio deployment health and efficiency
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in software consulting services and project management. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in software consulting services
- 10+ years of project management experience, with experience in running a growing deployment portfolio and preferably in cloud solutions
- 4+ years of managing a team of resources
