**Job Title:** Service Management Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service management initiatives. This is a full-time, ongoing role with a hybrid work environment that offers flexibility to balance weekly office-based work with remote working.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class IT customer experience and will be responsible for developing organisational policies for change management in live services and test environments.

This includes engaging with delivery teams to ensure correct products are produced on time, identifying communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups, and driving IT customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant previous experience in a similar role within a large, complex organisation.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues at various organisational levels.
