About The Role

We are seeking a Full Time Job Coach based at our Shepparton site to engage in meaningful conversations with individuals, define job aspirations and tackle employment obstacles head-on.

As a Job Coach, you will explore diverse career pathways, coordinate activities for seamless career transitions, foster strong partnerships with employers and provide crucial support to both employers and employees during the critical early stages of employment.

You will also handle essential administrative tasks and compliance requirements using online and in-house systems.
