Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sustainable employment opportunities for clients
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to achieve key performance indicators, offer coaching and job placement services, and provide ongoing support to client groups
  • Cultivate partnerships with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity
Requirements
  • Proven experience within the employment services sector would be highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service, sales, contact centre operations or recruitment will set you up for success
  • Ability to work effectively in target-driven environments is crucial
Preferred Skills
  • Coaching, mentoring and case management expertise within employment services or a related field would be beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving and goal-setting abilities
  • A deep understanding of local labour markets and employment pathways
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks
