Project Management Office (PMO) Manager

The PMO Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale, complex IT-enabled business transformation projects.

Key responsibilities include establishing and operating the PMO for large & complex projects, programs, or portfolios. This involves managing the PMO Team and client resources, driving improvements, and uplifting PMO capabilities to meet client maturity needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance and leadership, with a proven track record of delivering strategic outcomes.

A key aspect of this role is stakeholder management. The PMO Manager must possess excellent communication skills, be able to influence and drive a strategic agenda, and foster a collaborative environment.

Additionally, the PMO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing robust processes, ensuring seamless project execution, and providing guidance and support to team members.

With a minimum of 10 years' experience in governance and leadership, the ideal candidate will be well-equipped to drive delivery outcomes and make strategic decisions that align with the organization's goals.
