SIL Team Lead Position Available

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of Support Workers;
- Engage with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to create engaging support experiences;
- Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities;
- Participate in the development and implementation of service plans and strategies;
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations;
- B uild positive and collaborative team and house culture across both participants and support workers;
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or a related field;
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the disability sector;
- Aged care or medical background in NDIS required;
- Strong knowledge and understanding of disability support principles and practices;
- Ability to lead and motivate a team and ensure the delivery of high-quality services;
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and quality standards;
- Current first aid and CPR certification;
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle;
- Understanding of NDIS framework and guidelines;
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
