We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education professional to join our team as Centre Manager at The Learning Sanctuary Morningside.

About the Role

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Childcare Educators and Teachers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children aged 6 months to 5 years old.

You will oversee the daily operation of the childcare centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the professional development of Childcare Educators and Teachers
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Acecqa-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role
  • A current Blue card
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary between $83,000 - $100,000 + super, plus an annual bonus of up to 12.5% of your base salary.
