Milestone Early Learning Westbrook, a leading childcare service in Toowoomba, is seeking a dynamic Director of Early Childhood Education and Childcare to lead their team to the next level.
As a key member of the Affinity Education family, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional team of educators and families to deliver high-quality early education and childcare services.
This exciting full-time role offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as:

About the Role
As Director of Early Childhood Education and Childcare, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures
- Creating long-lasting connections with your local community through partnerships with families and strategic marketing initiatives
- Mentoring and supporting the centre/s to meet and exceed National Quality Standards
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified individual with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification. Your strong leadership skills, ability to achieve targets, and commitment to child safety will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
