Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, depending on individual skills and experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to join our dynamic team as an Operations Support Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated patch of centres across metropolitan Brisbane, working closely with Centre Directors and teams to uphold the Green Leaves Commitments.

  • You will oversee around five to six centres, driving business outcomes, high performance, and accountability for results within your centres.
  • You will bring your vision for excellence and continuous improvement to what we do, utilising your strong knowledge of Education and Care national regulations, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework to ensure compliance and performance.
  • You will share your wealth of Early Learning knowledge and experience for the betterment of your teams, lead and support the opening of new centres, develop, facilitate, and deliver training across the group.
  • You will contribute to building a positive reputation for Green Leaves in the market, actively networking with internal stakeholders and external bodies within the sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • At least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • A strong understanding of Regulations/Legislations, including state variations, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), QKLG knowledge
  • Strong leadership and commercial experience, with experience managing a group of Centre Directors highly desirable
  • Proven experience and ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
