Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at amazing resorts and via livestream to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Work closely with the operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests.
  • Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within our community.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a similar position is essential.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and providing a unique local experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are necessary.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individuals who can work well in a team environment are ideal candidates.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards are expected.
  • High levels of computer literacy and previous experience with a PMS system are advantageous.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace is essential.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, public and school holidays is required.
