Customer Success Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service, with a proven track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.

  • About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the purchasing experience by providing a high level of service to customers.
  • You will focus on maintaining a high-end retail environment through attention to detail, effective closing of sales, and cross collaboration within your region.
  • You will also play a key role in driving business growth by being commercially minded, results-driven, and acting as a role model for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business success.
  2. Convert enquiries (instore, web, and phone) into leads and opportunities by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car.
  3. Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients with regular follow-ups and build rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale.
  4. Uphold brand standards in all aspects of operations.
  5. Ensure Retail products and displays are maintained to high standards.
  6. Represent the company as a sales and brand ambassador embodying luxury and excellence in all aspects.
  7. Build and manage strong and credible relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive or luxury sales.
  • Full valid Australian Driver's licence.
  • Driven by targets and always looking for new opportunities to make the next sale.
  • Experience working with set sales processes and procedures.
  • Ability to provide a luxury customer experience through all customer touch points.
