Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our buildings and facilities.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the overall quality of our staff's work environment, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out general maintenance tasks, including carpentry work, as directed by the Property Office.
  • Plant and Equipment Operation: Safely operate plant and equipment to ensure efficient and effective performance.
  • Routine Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks as required to maintain the condition of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Trade Qualification: Relevant trade qualification, such as carpentry or plumbing.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in building or property maintenance is essential.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safe operating procedures for plant and equipment is critical.
