We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting bookkeeping tasks for client files and accounts. Your main duties will involve maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting the overall financial management of the clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Completion of a Diploma or Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or possess relevant experience in the field
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role or within the same industry
  • Proficiency in utilizing accounting software such as MYOB, Quickbooks, and Xero
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Strong organizational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a firm commitment to upholding precision in processing business correspondence
