About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management and accreditation processes within a healthcare environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of an integrated risk management strategy, ensuring patient safety incident management is handled effectively and efficiently, and receiving and managing quality activity and service improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor and report on quality and risk management metrics
Requirements:
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional
- Extensive knowledge of quality management and accreditation processes within a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of ACQSHC National Standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to influence the work of others without direct control
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Skilled in information analysis and research design
