About the Opportunity

The Technical Calibration Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory equipment, including NIR and FTIR instruments. This role contributes to the development and maintenance of the site's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • Monitor and report on plant compliance with relevant regulations and customer standards
  • Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the food safety and quality system
  • Ensure NIR and FTIR instruments are calibrated and maintained
  • Support site sample registration and testing/sampling regimes
  • Perform detailed risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential quality and safety risks

About You:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in quality and food safety, ideally within a similar food manufacturing environment. Experience with NIR and FTIR instruments is highly regarded, but not essential. You should possess a detail-oriented mindset, exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
