We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Educator to lead our team in delivering exceptional educational programs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking charge of their own room, leading a team of Educators to provide high-quality learning experiences for children. They will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support their team members.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
