The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and early years content, with experience in leading change and championing excellence in educational practice. You will be responsible for collaborating with our centre leadership team to observe, review, and continuously enhance our educational programs, ensuring they meet the needs of all children.
As a Senior Educator, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with families and the local community, developing strong relationships and building trust through open communication and mutual respect. Your passion for education and commitment to delivering high-quality care and education will make you an excellent fit for this role.
This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). If you have previous experience leading change in education and hold a relevant qualification, we would love to discuss this opportunity further.
