Education Leader Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Leader to join our team. As an Education Leader, you will be responsible for leading educational programs and working closely with centre leadership to enhance the learning experience of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change and champion excellence in educational practice
  • Collaborate with educators to review and enhance educational programs
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content
  • Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
