Store Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our store in Dubbo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, profit, and customer satisfaction while ensuring excellent service standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a retail specialist team to achieve sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing customer feedback.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks, including reporting, data analysis, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
  • Retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators for a retail business.
  • Able to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and training skills to guide your team.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPIs, and stock loss targets.
  • Understanding of rostering, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Ability to train new staff, ensure they understand expectations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
