Job Overview

This is a senior financial role responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal controls and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist operational teams with tender submissions and project managers with variance analysis.
  • Prepare annual budgets and manage ongoing forecasts to update monthly business unit forecasts.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of weekly cash forecasts and analysis of any variations.
  • Approval of weekly AP payments and review of data uploaded into the group reporting tool.
  • Review and analysis of monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow movements against budget.
  • Preparation and presentation of financial information to senior management.
Requirements
  • University degree in accounting or similar major.
  • CA or CPA membership.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role and industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess superior written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to explain variances.
