Motorcycle Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our new store in Dubbo. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising strategies, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement effective marketing, promotions, and customer engagement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Maintain operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for a retail business.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
