We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Store Operations Officer to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in leading a team and fostering a culture of success and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations Management: Ensure efficiency and profitability through effective management of store operations, including inventory control, stock management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Staff Coaching and Leadership: Coach and lead staff to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver top-tier service by providing regular feedback, training, and development opportunities.
  • Rostering and Staff Support: Handle rostering, staff performance, and recruitment support to ensure a high-performing team, meeting the needs of the business and driving sales growth.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers alike.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail management role is essential, preferably in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are required to motivate and engage staff, build a positive work culture, and drive business results.
  • Passion for retail, sales, and customer service is necessary to drive business growth and excellence, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential to navigate fast-paced environments, handle complex situations, and make informed decisions.
