Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing Customers: You will handle complex customer calls and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Entry: Enter customer orders into our system promptly to ensure accurate and timely picking and dispatch for delivery.
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and information in our CRM system to ensure proper documentation and tracking of inquiries and issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in training and team meetings, embracing change, and demonstrating our company values.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Professional and friendly telephone manner with good knowledge of customer service objectives, principles, and complaints management.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills, coupled with the ability to follow policies, procedures, and think analytically.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and unsupervised.
  • Industry Knowledge: Awareness and experience in the irrigation/plumbing industry are advantageous.
  • Problem-Solving: A flexible approach to challenges and a strong focus on achieving customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
