Job Title: Production Supervisor

">Job Summary:">

This role involves supervising and coordinating warehouse and truck operations to ensure efficiency in production. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license with an acceptable DMV record, and the ability to operate a forklift.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. ">
  2. Supervise and direct production and dispatch employees to achieve team goals.">
  3. Schedule all employees assigned to the production department to ensure adequate coverage in all areas.">
  4. Maintain and keep in safe working order all equipment assigned to your area of responsibility.">
  5. Ensure that pickup, truck route, and driver schedules are planned economically.">
  6. Oversee beneficiaries assigned to work therapy in the production department.">
  7. Plan Work Therapy Assignments (WTA) for beneficiaries.">
  8. Other duties as may be assigned by the Administrator for Business.">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.">
  • The candidate must have excellent communication skills.">
  • A valid driver's license with an acceptable DMV record is necessary.">
  • The ability to operate a forklift is also required.">
  • Mid-senior level candidates preferred.">
  • Full-time position available.">
