About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to take on a leadership role in managing and controlling various projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including technical direction, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to prepare proposals, fee justifications, and contracts for each project.
  • Establish clear project objectives, milestones, and timelines, and monitor progress to stay on track.
  • Manage project finances, review cost reports, and generate invoices as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in ODOT projects.
  • Desirable: Previous experience as a PM.
