Key Role Summary

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is seeking a highly skilled Web Specialist to join our Communications & Engagement team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the online presence of CSPD and its 80 schools, focusing on content management, design, and user experience.

The role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop and refine web content, ensure user-friendly website designs, and optimal digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain multiple websites, ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, design, and implement new web pages and structures as necessary.
  • Develop and support content creation and review, ensuring websites align with strategic goals and enhance user engagement.
  • Stay current in industry, website structure, content, and design strategy, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field (desirable).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a website management or digital content role (required).
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, HTML/CSS basics, SEO principles, and web analytics tools (required).
  • Experience with design tools, JavaScript, and/or web hosting environments (desirable).
