Sophisticated Digital Experience Architect

 

As a senior product designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive digital experiences that guide members through various journeys. This includes finding and understanding the right products, making trade-offs, assessing value, accessing support, viewing details, lodging claims, and more.

 

Key responsibilities include leading the design of user-friendly digital interfaces, contributing to our design system, supporting user testing, leading team rituals, and mentoring others.

 

The ideal candidate will have expertise in human-centered design (UX/UI) across web and mobile platforms, with experience in simplifying complexity into intuitive user journeys. Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite is also required.
