Project Coordinator Role

This role supports the coordination and delivery of project activities in accordance with established plans and schedules. The successful candidate will have effective communication skills, competency in Microsoft Office and standard engineering software, and knowledge of configuration management principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of project activities.
  • Ensure accurate capture of information within a unified system.
  • Conduct audits and reporting activities as required.
  • Regularly report project status.
  • Act on behalf of a lead in their absence.
Requirements:
  • Essential: Health and Safety Construction White Card, Certificate IV or higher level in a technical discipline.
  • Desirable: Relevant maritime degree or trade qualification.
