Advanced Data Science Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional to take on a pivotal technical role in designing and delivering high-impact AI solutions that create significant business value. This is a hands-on technical position with opportunities for informal leadership, including guiding small teams and influencing best practices across the organisation.

  • Design and deliver advanced AI projects that drive business growth
  • Develop cutting-edge AI solutions and guide strategic investment in data initiatives
  • Work across the full delivery lifecycle, from prototypes and pilots to scalable, production-grade solutions embedded in core systems
  • Contribute to platform development, tooling, and best-practice frameworks

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and thrives in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. Data Science, ML, Statistics, Actuarial, Engineering, Maths)
  • 7+ years experience in Data Science, AI, or closely related fields
  • Proven experience developing and productionising ML pipelines
  • Strong programming skills and experience with ML pipeline optimisation
  • Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and neural networks
  • Experience with Databricks (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and experience building prototypes or POCs (mandatory)
