Paralegal Role

We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented paralegal to join our team in the Competition Division. As a key member of our compliance activities, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we are meeting our regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with various compliance activities and enforcement investigations across the division
  • Undertake document review and analysis using advanced software tools
  • Identify critical information relevant to the investigation, as directed by the investigation team
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of compliance activities and projects
  • Research and present findings on industry and legal matters
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate complex projects
  • Prepare draft correspondence and reports
Requirements:
  • Experience with technology-assisted document review processes or ability to quickly learn and apply new skills
  • Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as Nuix or Relativity
  • Proficiency in using technology, databases, and Microsoft Office software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
