Change Strategy Manager
The City of Greater Geelong is embarking on a transformation journey, seeking a skilled Change Lead to join our Change Office. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective change management strategies.
This critical role ensures employee adoption and minimises resistance while fostering a people-centric approach to change. The right candidate will have substantial experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
About You:
- Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce/Business, Organisational Psychology or related field.
- Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci, Change First or similar).
- Experience in leading change initiatives, training needs analysis, and workshop facilitation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience in developing and executing change and communication strategies.
- Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels and build effective working relationships.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the development of communication collateral.
