Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Manager to oversee the receipt, display, and merchandising of products in our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, staff, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Merchandise Manager will oversee the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor. They will also manage the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted, following corporate guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They should have experience in managing store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and staff supervision.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • College experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
