Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of merchandise receipt, display, and sales floor maintenance.
- Ensure excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for merchandising and inventory management.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation throughout the store.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
