Acciona S.A is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Adelaide construction business. This role will be responsible for managing commercial, contractual and financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring all obligations and objectives are met at a project and company level.
Key Accountabilities- Ensure tenders, quotations, and contracts evaluate commercial risks and include contract terms and conditions that protect the company's interests.
- Provide assistance and guidance to project staff on commercial and contract administration matters.
- Assist in the resolution of disputes in conjunction with the Commercial Manager and Legal personnel.
- Undertake post-contract completion reviews, analyze results, and recommend corrective action as necessary.
- Support the Quality Manager in implementing and maintaining Quality Assurance procedures in the Commercial area.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years' experience in a Contracts Manager role or similar position, a degree or diploma in Business, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent, and strong communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills.
