Power Maintenance Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our operations team as a Power Maintenance Coordinator. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for plant and equipment across our On Grid Asset Portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of short-term, long-term, outage, and overhaul planning and scheduling processes including works packaging and sparing for PMs.
  • Collaboration with site maintenance teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities efficiently manage resources and asset availability.
  • Accountability for reporting of maintenance KPIs.
  • Management of AEMO outage notifications and monitoring outage notifications from DNSP & TNSP.
  • Development and administration of contractor support contracts including contractor HSE assessment.
  • Coordination, planning, and monitoring of contract personnel.
  • Promotion of initiatives to improve productivity of the maintenance scheduling and planning process and execution of work.
  • Oversee creation, organization, and maintenance of maintenance documents ensuring they are up-to-date and properly archived.

The ideal candidate will possess Trade or Engineering qualifications (Electrical Trades) and demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities in the power industry. Key skills include data analysis and reporting, contract management and documentation, experience in collating maintenance work packs and permitting, and proficiency in computer maintenance management systems specifically Maximo.
