We are seeking a structural design professional to join our Melbourne team and be part of a national power business.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to build on your experience in structural engineering for power infrastructure, including substations, transmission line structures, foundations, switchyards, and renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for clients, working both in the office and on-site.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across structural, civil, and electrical disciplines, gaining exposure to major energy projects while developing your technical expertise and client-facing skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
  • Experience in structural design within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
  • A client-focused mindset, with a willingness to develop your industry knowledge and relationships.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a desire to grow into a leadership role over time.
