Are you a highly skilled and motivated professional looking to take on a challenging role in the food and beverage industry?

This permanent full-time position as a Food and Beverage Supervisor is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a key role in supporting events from planning to operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in large events, both retail and corporate. They will be proactive, adaptable, and possess excellent communication, leadership, and delegation skills.

The successful candidate will manage food and beverage operations to a high standard, maintain proficiency in event management systems, and ensure adherence to food safety guidelines (HACCP). They will also oversee setup, preparation, operations, and breakdowns of events, and utilize point-of-sale operations with Square and maintain accurate inventory stock control.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will have a strong customer service focus, exceptional planning and organization abilities, and be able to respond effectively to change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage food and beverage operations

  • Utilize point-of-sale operations and inventory control
