At Bendigo Bank, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Korumburra.
About the RoleThis part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with customers, and provides exceptional service to help them achieve their goals.
You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences through face-to-face and phone interactions
- Building trust and rapport with customers to understand their financial needs
- Providing solutions and recommendations to meet customer objectives
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales results and contribute to community engagement
We're seeking someone with:
- Extensive customer service or sales experience
- Demonstrated competence in achieving sales results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
