**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Imputing sales orders via SAP - approx. 20-30 per day
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Logistics functions i.e., organise transport
- Processing credits
- Other ad hoc customer service and administrative tasks

**You will be most successful in this role if you possess**:

- Professional phone manner
- Strong written communication
- Eye for detail
- Enjoy working under pressure and managing your time
- Ability to prioritise
- Had previous experience using an ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics etc..)
