**The role**

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operational sales requirements of our company. This role involves attending to customer inquiries with the highest level of attention and care, maintaining our internal ERP system, and ensuring smooth onsite operations.

**Key responsibilities**

We are looking for a detail orientated customer service representative with the ability to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Therefore, you will have;
- Processing Orders including entry, dispatch and invoicing
- Providing Daily/weekly reports as required
- Answering directing and assisting customers with incoming calls and enquiries
- Provide product troubleshooting assistance as required
- Logging of Service Calls and assisting process returned goods
- Supporting AR enquires including dispute resolution

**Requirements**:
As a minimum you must have:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in IT and computer literacy, with experience using ERP systems.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High customer focus and orientation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
