Holistic Early Intervention Specialist

The successful candidate will provide effective care during the critical early phase of mental health issues. This involves proactive engagement and initiation of clinical therapies.
- To assess, diagnose, and manage complex mental health problems in young people.
- To develop and implement treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
This role is part of a holistic approach to providing comprehensive mental health services. It requires collaboration with other agencies and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assessment and intervention services for young people at risk of psychosis or severe mental illness.
- Collaborate with Headspace and other partner organizations to facilitate greater integration between EIP and headspace services.
- Work in partnership with families and carers to support the recovery and well-being of individuals.
- Extensive experience as an Occupational Therapist or Social Worker, with a strong understanding of recovery-oriented services for young people.
- Demonstrated advanced skills in comprehensive assessment and management of complex mental health problems.
- Proven ability to work effectively with young people, families, and carers to achieve positive outcomes.
