As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our sales team to provide technical support and guidance to customers, reviewing system architectures and quotations for accuracy.
- Serve as the primary customer interface for accounts, from ordering through to installation, maintenance, and ongoing support.
- Plan and manage installations of complex systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
- Engage with customers to receive and document technical feedback, driving continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Support new product development projects by serving as the voice of the customer to our engineering team.
- Perform end-user validation testing of new products and software releases, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Provide remote and on-the-ground technical support to customers, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct engineering investigation and analysis to resolve complex technical issues, often with limited support.
- Develop and maintain documentation of our systems and processes, ensuring continual improvements over time.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing strong, reliable channels of communication with end customers from diverse technical and cultural backgrounds.
- Engineering or similar (quantitative) university degree is highly regarded.
- Experience in a Field Service Engineering role, providing technical support directly to customers and managing projects with engineering teams.
- Experience in networking devices is essential.
- Proficient with Linux operating system is essential.
- Experience in testing of complex systems is highly valued.
- Experience with telecommunications, radio frequency, and/or electronic warfare is highly regarded.
- Coding experience is highly valued (Python, Go, and/or JavaScript ideal).
- Knowledge from a range of engineering fields and history collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts from diverse backgrounds is highly valued.
- Existing Defence Security Clearance is preferred but not essential.
