Working in retail is fast-paced and dynamic. As a member of our station team, you'll enjoy the variety and speed that offering convenience to local and on-the-move customers brings.
About the Role:
You will work shifts between 8pm and 6am, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and well-stocked store throughout the night.
Our business is one of Australia's leading fuel and convenience retailers, with over 700 stores across the country.
We are there when you need us, whether it's filling up your car, grabbing food to go, or topping up essential groceries.
We're also growing every day, making it an exciting time to join our team.
About You and Your Skills:
You should have a strong commitment to delivering great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
You should be able to handle cash and be knowledgeable about promoting monthly specials and products.
A focus on ensuring our safety standards are met is also important.
You should be comfortable working independently and following set instructions.
You should deliver results through site presentation and stock management.
The ability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings, and weekends) is required.
You will be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
Key skills include excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
