**Petrol and Convenience Store Operations Manager**

About the Role:

The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in managing petrol and convenience store operations. They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily operations management
  • Staff management and training
  • Cash handling and transaction processing
  • Inventory management and stock control
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Customer service and conflict resolution
  • Collaboration with senior management on sales data analysis and strategy development

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in a retail or convenience store environment, preferably in a leadership or management position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Knowledge of petrol station operations and fuel management is desirable
