About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Logistics Executive to join our Commercial Logistics team in Melbourne. In this role, you will take ownership of identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into customers, and expanding our presence through value-added logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent us at industry events, client meetings, and webinars.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-centric logistics solutions.

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and market research.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

  • Lead commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with new and existing clients.

  • Develop and execute sales plans, targets, and strategies for a specific industry vertical or region.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A deep understanding and experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

  • 5+ years' experience in freight forwarding, specialising in Key Account Management, customer solutions, and operations.

  • Proven ability to generate leads and develop strong customer relationships.

  • Strong commercial insight with effective negotiation and communication skills.

  • Skilled in using CRM platforms along with planning and reporting tools.

  • Results driven, organised, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
