Global Supply Chain Coordinator

This role involves managing the flow of goods, services, and related information from raw materials to end customers. It encompasses planning, coordinating, and controlling logistics, inventory, and distribution strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Cycle Counts & Stocktakes: Plan and execute regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Inventory Management: Perform inventory reconciliations and variance reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Supplier & Customer Relations: Manage service levels and agreements with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transportation companies to arrange the collection and delivery of goods to customer and 3PL sites.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the APAC Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align inventory and logistics strategies with business needs.
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation with operations in the Asia Pacific region.
- Proven experience in logistics, distribution and imports/exports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
