Job Description

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily packing operations for retail lines to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure all products are correctly weighed, sealed, labelled, and packed to customer and regulatory specifications.
  • Monitor packing efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless packing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of packing operations, including traceability documentation and quality checks.
  • Develop strategies to drive performance and improve productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in packing or production roles is required.

A minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is essential.

Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).

Highest level of integrity and strong problem-solving skills are required.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
