OzChild is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple programs, driving the delivery of services, outcomes, and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple programs, including Strengthening and Prevention and Out of Home Care Services.
- Drive the delivery of services, outcomes, and improvement, ensuring that programs are delivered with fidelity and meet the needs of our clients.
- Lead the focus on identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement, informed through business analysis.
- Represent the program and its team with internal and external stakeholders, in line with OzChild's culture and behaviors.
- Implement risk management and compliance frameworks, consistent with OzChild's policies and values.
- Bachelor degree qualification in Social Work/Psychology or related field, post graduate qualification would be highly regarded.
- Significant relevant organisational leadership experience.
- Experience in managing the operations of multiple programs within the sector.
- Direct involvement working with organisation wide strategy.
- Contributing to policy, process and system reviews & improvement.
- Direct involvement in the delivery of evidence-based programs or models of intervention.
- Direct experience in the delivery of Out of Home Care services.
- Working knowledge of the Office of the Children's Guardian Standards and Registration.

- Salary packaging up to $15,900 with an additional meal & entertainment card you can salary package up to $ 2650 per annum.
- Salary $ 120,000 (depending on experience) plus super, vehicle or Vehicle allowance.
